A custom plush of Quilava, commissioned by a mother for her little girl, who adores this Pokemon. ^_^ I was honored to do such a sweet commission!

Quilava is made out of three kinds of faux fur, and has a new sewn-in eye style with painted details. There is soft sculpting in the toes and on the face, with a bit of shaving between the toes for definition. The flames are yellow "punky muppet" fur with handpainted red accents done in ink. I think it came out beautifully! The whole plush is about a foot long.

Aww, that's adorable :iconiloveitplz: Quilava was always my bro in Pokemon and it's so cool to see a plushie form! You did a great job with everything about this plushie--the shape is perfect, it's adorable, and the fire looks awesome! Great job :D

Sorry- if I make another of these, it'll be on my own time and auctioned off. I don't even have access to the furs it was made from anymore, so it wouldn't look the same.
